Food & Drink
Local produce is used whenever possible in the – breakfast menu – we are aware of ‘Food Miles’ at Clanville Manor!
The full English breakfast is cooked on the Aga unless the weather is very hot, when the Aga is turned off and the electric oven is used.
Tables are laid with ‘proper’ white linen tablecloths, napkins and silver cutlery in the spacious dining room, which overlooks the pond and the driveway of the farmhouse.
Fresh golden-yolked eggs are laid by Clanville Manor’s own hens that peck at the grass in their run beside the car park…
In the evening there is plenty of choice for food and drink, with several excellent restaurants and pubs in the locality.
