Can I Read Your Access Statements On This Website?

Can I Access The Internet Whilst Staying With You?
Yes – we offer ‘Wifi’ wireless internet access and this is included in the standard accommodation rates. Please see our page for – Wireless Internet Access – for further information.
How many bedrooms are there in the B&B?
Clanville Manor has four bedrooms – one with a six foot wide four-poster double bed; one with a king-size double bed; one that can be either a twin or super king-size double room; and one with a single bed. Up to six guests can be accommodated at any one time.
Do all bedrooms in the B&B have en-suite facilities?
Yes – all bedrooms are well equipped, with private en-suite facilities, a flat screen television with Freeview channels, radio, alarm clock, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities. Please see – bed and breakfast accommodation – page for more details.
What meals do you serve at Clanville Manor?
A full English breakfast or lighter/vegetarian options are served each morning to B&B guests.
Do you have Free Range eggs available?
Yes – all of the eggs served at Clanville Manor at breakfast time are provided by the farm’s own hens. Children staying in the cottages can help Sally on an ‘egg hunt’ or feed the hens, which is always a popular activity. Eggs are for sale when available.
Are Vegetarian and special diets catered for?
Yes – please advise Clanville Manor in advance of your arrival if you have a special dietary request. Please also see our – breakfast menu – page.
Are there options for dining out or shopping for food locally?
Yes – in Castle Cary there are good quality butchers, delicatessens, shops, a Chinese take away, 2 fish and chip shops, and a Thai restaurant. There are a number of other pubs and restaurants within the locality. Please ask for an up to date list of pubs and restaurants so that you can book before your stay.

Do You Have Any Accommodation That Is Particularly Family Friendly?
Yes. Both the cottages Family Holidays have a safe outdoor play area and many other features that make them particularly suitable for families with young children.
Is Clanville Manor recommended by recognised organisations?
Yes – we are highly recommended! Clanville Manor B&B has 4 Stars plus a Gold Award from Visit Britain, the nationally recognised inspection authority, and is graded with 4 Stars by the AA. Sally Snook was a top 20 finalist in the year 2000 for AA Landlady of the year! Self Catering accommodation also has four stars from the AA.
Can I pay by credit card?
Credit and debit cards are accepted – Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta and Maestro. We prefer debit cards as the banks charge by far the lowest rate of commission on these when compared to credit cards! BACS transfer is also possible.
Where can we park our car?
Parking is easy at Clanville Manor – there is ample off street parking for vehicles [at both of the cottages and at the Farmhouse].
Can I bring our family pet with us?
Pets are not allowed in either the B&B or in the cottages [except assistance dogs].
What is your smoking policy?
Clanville Manor is a totally non smoking establishment. Smoking is not permitted in either of the holiday properties or the B&B.
