Terms and Conditions and Other Information - The Small Print For Accommodation During The Glastonbury Festival
B&B Terms - At the time of The Glastonbury Festival, there is normally a minimum four night stay requirement. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit payable, with the remaining 50% payable 4 weeks before the Glastonbury Festival begins.
For example, the dates for the 2008 Glastonbury Festival are Friday 27 June - Sunday 29 June. Stays at Clanville Manor B&B begin on the Thursday before the festival weekend begins [minimum 4 night stay]. Reservations are not usually taken for the B&B until tickets have been allocated, unless you are working at the site and therefore will definitely have a pass.
From Past Experience:
Those who decide to leave early because of heavy rain - in the same way that no refund due to bad weather is available on a Glastonbury Festival ticket, accommodation must also be paid for if the
event is spoiled by the weather! Please Ask Sally for more details.
What To Do If You Have Registered For Tickets But Aren't Certain Of Getting Any?
If you are willing to take a chance that you will be allocated tickets to next year's festival, to reserve a room or cottage at Clanville Manor, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance is payable 4 weeks before your stay.
Thereafter the usual cancellation policy applies. Just as you would not get a refund of your Glastonbury ticket - no refunds are available due to a shortened stay due to the weather! There are plenty of other attractions in the area if Glastonbury is a wash-out, but we must be due a dry one!
