Citrus salad; fresh grapefruit; Home-made compote-poached dried figs; apricots; prunes and mango with apple juice; fresh raspberries from the garden during June; gently poached rhubarb from the garden; Yeo Valley organic yoghurt.
There is also a selection of cereals, muesli and home-made bread.

A Full English Breakfast [or selection from]:
'Hickory smoked' chipolata sausages [made by Mr Lush, butcher, of Castle Cary]
Smoked bacon rashers from Maryland Farm, Ditcheat [or vegetarian Soya sausage]
Tomatoes seasoned with salt and black pepper
Mushrooms and slices of bread fried in sunflower oil
Eggs [from our own hens, when available] - fried, poached, boiled, scrambled or an omelette
Option 2:
Smoked salmon from Brown & Forrest Smokery Bowdens Farm, Hambridge, near Langport
With our own creamy golden-yolked scrambled eggs
Option 3:
A selection of local cheeses with freshly cooked bread rolls
Other choices are available with prior notice
